How difficult was it to install the clip

Easy -- slid rid on with little resistance.
Difficult -- Has to push with force to get it onto the coil
Impossible -- No matter what I tried, the clip would not go all the way down onto the coil.

Did you use the screw?

No -- I did not use the screw. It remained backed off.
Yes -- I losened the screw before installing the clip and then tightened it once installed.
